Savor the vibrant flavors and traditions of a Latin American holiday, complete with scratch-made tamales bursting with classic seasonings and tender filling. Mix up your own masa dough to line corn husks with. Curate a blend of herbs and spices as you prepare pulled pork in green mole and a vegetarian filling of poblano peppers and cotija cheese with pasilla sauce. After forming them by hand and steaming until done, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a steaming cup of Mexican hot chocolate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
