A Caribbean island meets the Mediterranean Sea in this engaging cooking class where Chef Iliana will guide you through a captivating menu that blends Puerto Rican and Mediterranean flavors.
Begin by making a classic hummus with chickpeas infused with lemon and garlic and enjoyed with homemade tostones and chicharrons. Next, learn how to roast pork in the Puerto Rican style but prepared with traditional Mediterranean spices and herbs and sided by a fresh quinoa salad topped with avocado. Finish by whipping up a tropical coconut pudding drizzled with Mediterranean honey for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
