In this interactive cooking class, Chef Carlos will guide you as you apply classic French culinary techniques to an innovative, modern menu featuring fresh, regional ingredients. Practice your knife skills, flavor pairing prowess and baking talents in addition to creating rich sauces and fillings.
Begin with a savory black olive tapenade over crisp crostini. Next, you will prepare sea bass almondine with a zesty lemon beurre blanc and a colorful collection of roasted root vegetables. For dessert, enjoy a French patisserie classic: Chocolate eclairs made by hand.
