In this fast food-inspired cooking class with Chef Eliza, you'll prepare plant-based tacos that are far better than anything you'll get from a drive-thru window. Learn exciting new skills and techniques, including the art of hand pressing tortilla dough from scratch!
These entirely vegan (and secretly healthy) recipes deliver the most satisfying Mexican flavors with ease. Homemade masa tortillas with spice-roasted sweet potatoes set the stage for two outstandingly delectable dips: Warm cashew cream sauce and fresh guacamole. Wash it all down with a refreshing pineapple mint agua fresca.
