Cooking Class - Everyday Indian

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll practice the skills and techniques to create a hearty meal inspired by traditional dishes of India. Transform familiar ingredients, like chicken, tomatoes and rice, into a beautiful spread that adds some spice to the everyday meal.

Begin with crunchy poppadom before building depth of flavor in a rich chicken curry paired with fluffy basmati rice and spiced vegetables. Next, learn how to craft a cooling corn raita, followed by a bright and creamy mango shrikhand seasoned with cardamom and saffron for a wonderfully sweet ending.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved this class! Chef Manjiri taught us a lot about spices in Indian cuisine and introduced us to several new cooking methods, and we took home several days worth of delicious curry, spiced rice, and more. Would highly recommend this class!

The class with Chef Manjiri was great and better than expected. She was organized and made making 5 dishes in a short amount of time easy and fun. She was incredibly inviting and the food was great. I’m glad I chose this class and would do so again.
