Social Distancing Friendly Learn valuable kitchen skills as you prepare a Margherita pizza from scratch.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Rosilind be your guide as you prepare a simple Italian dinner featuring pizza together. Not only will you learn how to prepare each recipe from scratch, but also important kitchen skills you can use at home.
Begin by learning how to chop, prepare and plate a wedge salad. Next, you'll make homemade pizza dough using only a handful of ingredients to be the base for your Margherita pizza topped with fresh mozzarella and basil. Finally, whip up a classic Italian dessert: Cannoli filled with ricotta and chocolate chips.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rosilind was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged throughout the entire class while we had fun learning new techniques. The food was incredible! I highly recommend this class to everyone in the Columbus area!
