Begin with a creamy leek and potato soup peppered with crispy coconut bacon. Then, you'll create the charmingly named toad in the hole, a savory bread pudding filled with vegan sausage and topped with onion gravy. And for a perfectly British dessert, enjoy a lesson in crafting delightful chocolate and butterscotch biscuits.

Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique is excellent!! I had no idea what to expect, but she was so professional and yet welcoming! We learned a great deal and had fun. The entire experience was awesome and the meal was delicious!!
