Cooking Class - Authentic Mediterranean Seafood
The region bordering the Mediterranean Sea is known for fresh ingredients: lemons plucked from trees, herbs gathered from the garden, and seafood caught hours before cooking. Chef Marco will teach you how to use these culinary gifts to celebrate Mediterranean cuisine.
Begin with anchovies on a bed of onions, cherry tomatoes and capers, and a fresh salad brimming with shrimp and squid. Next, try your hand at making pappardelle pasta from scratch served with a mix of seafood, basil and tomatoes. For dessert, whip up a cream cup with fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
