Chef Marco showcases Mediterranean seafood favorites, and shows you how to make them at home.

The region bordering the Mediterranean Sea is known for fresh ingredients: lemons plucked from trees, herbs gathered from the garden, and seafood caught hours before cooking. Chef Marco will teach you how to use these culinary gifts to celebrate Mediterranean cuisine.

Begin with anchovies on a bed of onions, cherry tomatoes and capers, and a fresh salad brimming with shrimp and squid. Next, try your hand at making pappardelle pasta from scratch served with a mix of seafood, basil and tomatoes. For dessert, whip up a cream cup with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Marco and his wife, Serena were both really knowledgeable and friendly. We had lots of fun and a really delicious meal. Would definately take more lessons from them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chef Marco! His kitchen and dining room space was so professional and comfy. As great as the space was, Chef Marco’s dishes were BETTER! He really has a way with Italian food and is very knowledgeable!

We had an amazing time with Chef Marco and Serena last night learning how to make some amazing recipes. The experience was unique and intimate and the perfect way to celebrate a birthday and a girls night out like we did. Couldn't recommend this enough. Good morning Marco, The evening was wonderful, the food was fantastic. I have a very picky stomach and a lot of foods give me an upset stomach. I can say the feast last night did not. My favorites last night was the bread, soup, and spinach and cheese balls. Hope to see you soon!

Cooking Classes with my dear Friends. it was absolutely a fantastic experience! the incredible location and the truly interactive lesson! (hands on!) we had a lesson on homemade pasta and sauces! Thanks Chef Marco!

Marco hosted a private dinner for 8 guests for me and he cooked a Tuscan Style dinner with paired wines. It was an incredible night! The food, atmosphere and service was just great. This was an experience totally different than going to a restaurant. It felt so personal, like we were home having dinner without worrying about making sure that the guests had enough food or drinks.
