Begin by preparing a beautiful Dutch baby pancake common in European with apples, apricots and cranberries, and mini American pancakes featuring a classic combination: peanut butter and jelly. Continue sharpening your culinary skills as you create a savory African crêpe filled with spinach, onions, bacon and cheddar, and the sought-after fluffy Japanese pancakes with green peas, miso gochujang and prosciutto.

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge, so we have lots of great leftovers! Everything was very easy and covid safe (face masks and social distancing). Chef Demeatrie surprised us with beautiful custom menus commemorating our specific event. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be reaching out again to have Chef Demeatrie cater another meal.
