Cooking Class - Cooking With Adaptogens
In this hands-on class with Chef Meg, you will learn how to prepare a healthy, flavor-forward four-course menu using an array of adaptogenic ingredients, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to learning in this class with Chef Meg include a slurp-worthy ginger and miso reishi broth with Asian greens, a creamy cauliflower soup with ashwagandha and crispy turmeric chickpeas, a superfood-rich homemade chia dressing with moringa, and dark chocolate bites with rhodiola, almonds, and dried berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
