My father loved to cook and turned me on to Chinese cooking in the early 80"s. I embraced it with real passion, for a number of years when I entertained I cooked exclusively Chinese feasts. As i grew as a cook, and finally a chef, I explored the cuisines of Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Japan and Korea. Over the years my menus have often integrated these Asian influences. When I teach, however, I embrace the authentic recipes and techniques, returning to the great memories I have of learning with my dad.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
