Cooking Class - Authentic Mexican Street Tacos

Enjoy homemade tacos just like you'd find on the streets of Mexico in this hands-on, three-course cooking class with Chef Justin.

First, you'll grill seasonal vegetables to pair with fresh crema dip. Then, learn how to make your own corn tortillas completely from scratch, which you'll fill with pineapple salsa plus your choice of two meats — pork, beef, lengua or chicken — and a variety of fresh toppings. For dessert, make dessert tamales filled with spiced pineapple and topped with chocolate.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
