In this hands-on class with Chef Anthony, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet four-course dinner menu that showcases the richness and beauty of a high-quality steak, fresh scallops, and more.
After beginning with a chopped salad dressed with a homemade zinfandel vinaigrette, you will learn how to prepare an elegant appetizer of scallops and sweet pea risotto. Then, Chef Anthony will share with you the secrets to a perfectly cooked filet mignon complete with a homemade béarnaise sauce before creating an indulgent bread pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
