Keto cooking can be fun! Chef Kiki is ready to showcase some amazingly divine flavors with inspiration from around the globe. The best part is each dish will be made following keto diet guidelines.

The opportunity to expand your keto cooking knowledge is here. Learn how to prepare a roasted mushroom appetizer featuring an array of aromatics, coconut shrimp with homemade cilantro-lime dip, and even classic mint-chocolate cookies for dessert. It is a true chance to see a new side of keto, and have a great time doing so!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kiki was amazing! A couple years ago my wife had to go vegan for health reasons so I surprised her with a cooking class with Kiki. Kiki knocked it out of the park. She showed us so many new tips and tricks in the vegan cuisine, I’m so thankful! We had tons of fun and tons of laughs, it was perfect! Thank you Kiki!

So much fun! We're not vegan and this was such a fantastic experience that I'm encouraged to prep more vegan meals. Kiki is engaging and confident in the kitchen and the meal was delicious and satisfying.

Chef Kik was professional, fun and great at instructing us how to cook. We learned how to make a awesome Vegan meal. I’ve already conquered how to make it on my own. She’s very friendly and the food was satisfying.

This was our very first cooking class, and our first experience with Cozy Meal! So glad to have had Chef Kiki! We enjoyed chatting and drinking wine with Kiki, learning new cooking techniques, and seeing our work come together as a very delicious meal! We would absolutely take another class with Kiki! Loved our experience! :)
