Cooking Class - Gourmet French Fare
In this hands-on class, Chef Djeff will elevate your knowledge of French cuisine as you learn how to fuse timeless French traditions with modern gastronomy.
Chef Djeff will begin by instructing on the proper way to butcher a duck to utilize the entire animal. Next, you will prepare a rich, seared foie gras with a blueberry gastric for your appetizer, then sear the duck breast to pair with a gorgeous blackberry reduction. You will end the class by learning how to make a classic French crème brûlée with fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
