In this hands-on class, Chef Djeff will teach you everything you need to know to prepare an incredibly unique three-course menu that seamlessly stitches together French and Caribbean cuisine.
You'll begin by preparing succulent, flavor-packed coconut grilled shrimp before diving into the making of the entree. For the main course, you'll learn how to make perfectly seared grouper complemented by incredible sides, including plantain risotto, cardamom and orange-steeped carrots, almond pesto, and seaweed beurre blanc. And for dessert, a crème brûlée that will warm you from the inside out.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
