Baking can be intimidating, but with the right techniques and the right teacher, it can actually be quite simple. Learn how to master four baking recipes with Chef Brockton in this hands-on class.
Begin by mixing and baking two types of scones: savory scones studded with cheddar and herbs, and sweet scones featuring white chocolate and cranberries. Next, tackle flaky pastry crust in a from-scratch quiche with eggs, cheese, herbs and cream, and served with a side of confit tomatoes with olive oil and salt.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
