Discover the ancient cuisine of Tuscany with Chef Marco leading the way.

From the street cafés of Florence to the shores of the Mediterranean, Chef Marco will teach you how to make some of the most iconic dishes of this region of Italy, along with smart cooking techniques.

Begin with a classic Tuscan appetizer of tomato bruschetta atop crostini. Next, master one of the most famous dishes of the area and try your hand at
making homemade pasta with tortelli del Mugello, which consists of tiny potato-filled ravioli served in a ragú sauce. Finish off the meal with a classic tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time with Chef Marco and Serena last night learning how to make some amazing recipes. The experience was unique and intimate and the perfect way to celebrate a birthday and a girls night out like we did. Couldn't recommend this enough. Thank you, Chef Marco and lovely Serena for a great time!

Marco and his wife are great. Really fun night! Great food. Great people. I learn d how to make fresh pasta! The muscles were delish and the desert we learn d how to make was marvellous. Thank you Marco!
