Cooking Class - Classic French Bistro Favorites
Journey to France for the evening in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joseph where you will learn how to make three beautiful and traditional French recipes from scratch.
Begin your French culinary exploration with a roasted beet, walnut and goat cheese salad peppered with walnuts, then prepare a grilled flank steak entrée paired with seasonal vegetables, roasted garlic potatoes and beef jus. Finish your meal on a sweet note with homemade French chocolate mousse and caramelized hazelnuts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
