Cooking Class - Pasta From Southern Italy
Known for their lively flavors, many different types of pasta from Southern Italy have grown into worldwide favorites. In this hands-on class with Chef Joseph, you'll learn how to make pasta without using a pasta machine, as well as how to prepare sauces, vegetables, and sea bream from scratch.
Begin with freshly rolled ravioli filled with sea bream and zucchini. Next, you'll prepare busiate alla trapanese, a popular Sicilian pasta dish served with a tomato and almond sauce. For dessert, you'll make a delicate strawberry tiramisu with ladyfingers and mascarpone.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
