Cooking Class - Gluten Free Fusion Fare
In this class, Chef Rishika will combine flavors from the culinary traditions of Portugal, Africa, France, and Spain, and include tricks specific to gluten-free cooking, and easy substitutions to make the meal vegetarian.
Discover how to make a green salad tossed with a lively sweet and sour dressing, and a creamy mushroom soup. For the main course, the legendary and spicy African dish — peri peri chicken — will be paired with salted caramel vegetables and a savory garlic-potato mash. End the class with decadent creme caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
