Cooking Class - Vintage Italian Fare

If you've always wanted to master the art of Italian cuisine, this is your chance. In this immersive cooking class, Chef Giuseppe will teach you how to make five courses of old-school Italian favorites.

Start with a simple crushed tomato, basil and garlic bruschetta, and baked eggplant parmigiana rolls. Next, Chef Giuseppe will show you how to perfectly braise osso buco in red wine with tomatoes, onions and garlic, and mix handmade penne pasta with a vodka tomato sauce, Parmesan and black pepper. Finish with a classic, boozy tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
