Cooking Class - Authentic Argentinian Fare

Embark on a culinary journey to Argentina with Chef Natalia in this interactive culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Natalia, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Argentinian menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients as well as world-class grilling techniques.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class includes juicy beef and caramelized onion empanadas with a tomato mojo sauce that will awaken your taste buds, a perfectly grilled skirt steak brushed with a vibrant chimichurri sauce, potatoes bathed in a homemade rosemary butter, and Argentinian crêpes with bananas and dulce de leche for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
