In this hands-on class with Chef Natalia, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Italian menu using fresh, in-season ingredients and simple cooking techniques that create beautifully complex flavor profiles.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class with Chef Natalia include a tender homemade rosemary focaccia bread, a sweet and savory roasted cauliflower salad, soft and pillowy ricotta gnocchi with a sage burnt butter sauce and lemon dust, and a classic Italian panna cotta with hazelnuts, cacao, fresh berries, and basil for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
