In this hands-on class with Chef Natalia, you will learn how to prepare three different gourmet European sweet treats using high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master culinary techniques that yield utterly impressive results.
Chef Natalia will begin by teaching you the secrets to handcrafted light and airy French macarons sandwiched with a rich and creamy chocolate ganache. Then, you will learn how to make melt-in-your-mouth hazelnut and almond pralines completely from scratch, as well as fail-proof dark chocolate truffles dusted with raw cacao.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
