Chef Logan will show you how to choose, season and cook the perfect steak.

In this hands-on class, Chef Logan will teach you all about executing the perfect steak, and how to build a flavor-forward meal around your steak centerpiece.

First, learn how size, shape, thickness and cut dictate the handling of the meat. Next, grind up a spice blend to use on your steak, then create a compound butter from green peppercorns, confit garlic, thyme and smoked salt to enjoy on top. Learn about different cooking techniques that are best for different cuts of meat from ribeye, New York strip, top sirloin and tenderloin. Finish up with a cheesecake sundae.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Logan was amazing! My boyfriend and I had a great time for our in person cooking class. We would come back even just for chef Logan, but the food is to die for! We will definitely be booking again! Vibes and food were perfect.

It was awesome. Bruschetta was the best ever. Steak, potatoes, brussel sprouts and dessert were great. Chef Logan was very informative. We learned a lot and had a great time.
