Light, fluffy and perfectly sweet — few things in life can rival a freshly made pastry. In this interactive baking class with Chef Julio, you'll learn a variety of professional techniques and classic recipes as you try your hand at preparing stunning choux pastries from scratch.
This unique experience will expose you to a handful of different pastry styles, including profiteroles and religieuse. You'll also tackle the classic chocolate eclair, along with a St. Honoré tart, a pastry designed to honor France's patron saint of bakers.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
