Take a journey to Spain with an evening of tapas and paellas.

Lucky for us, tapas and paella have spread from Spain to the rest of the world. For this meal, Chef Douglas combines traditional Spanish style Tapas and Paellas with local California variations using fresh, organic ingredients. The atmosphere is casual. Everything is served family style and enjoyed in the kitchen, dining and living room area.

Chef Douglas invites guests to bring their own Spanish wine to enjoy with the meal.

We had a FANTASTIC evening with Doug showing myself and my husband how easy and fun it is to cook Paella (and we did it while enjoying some preprepared tapas, and sipping on drinks). Doug is a fantastic teacher with a very relaxed attitude that disguises the fact you are even in a lesson (but believe me it all sinks in). He has a beautiful home and attitude, and although we were paying guests it felt very much like cooking with friends. He also provided beautifully printed recipies for us to take home, I recommend doug and any of his classes to all.
