The basic cooking series consists of Wednesday cooking classes providing you enough information and hands on cooking to get you feeling more comfortable in the kitchen.
We'll talk about setting things up for efficiency and ease of use. We'll try different preparation and cooking techniques so you can figure out what works for you. And we'll make food all along the way so you can gain the confidence needed to start making dinner at home. At the end of the class, we will all sit down and enjoy the meal we prepared.

Each 3-hour cooking class session is $75, if you book all three sessions, you pay only $200 in total.

I have over 30 years of professional restaurant and cooking experience, initially working in Maine and later moving to California. I had the good fortune to study with the founders of the French Laundry for many years. I cook meals for groups of guests and offer cooking classes both of which have been very popular in San Francisco. I continue to travel to Southern Europe to find new ideas and explore the culinary traditions that mix well with California-style cooking.
